Ready to ship items are shipped within 1-3 business days, and all other pieces after a 2-4 week production time. All MIRTA orders are produced and shipped from our studio in Croatia (EU) and we offer worldwide shipping.

Please, note, these are only shipping estimates, as standard shipping is not a service with a guaranteed delivery timeframe. Customers from Australia & Canada are advised to select DHL express. Standard shipping often takes over a month to these locations.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Orders shipped to EU countries are free from any import duties or taxes.
It is strongly advised to leave a contact number if choosing DHL Express for easier delivery. All DHL Express packages which cannot be delivered (due to an incorrect address, or the recipient not being at the delivery address for an extended period of time), can incur a fee for address change, or return if the package cannot be delivered. All these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note, it is not possible to ship orders to private persons in Russia via DHL Express.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If, for any reason, you wish to return your item, please contact us with your order number and you will receive a return address. Items must be returned within 2 weeks from delivery date. Once the items are returned to us in their original condition (including packaging), you will receive a refund. Please note, an item can only be returned if in its original, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS WHEN RETURNING/EXCHANGING AN ORDER:
- 1 Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject "RETURN", and we will respond with a return confirmation
- 2 Once your return is confirmed, please make sure that all jewelry is packed neatly in their original jewelry boxes
- 3 Please make sure to state the package as a "RETURN" with value 0 (or 1 if 0 is not possible) on the outside of the package and in the customs form
- 4 Return your order to the following address:
- 5 We will contact you as soon as your package has been returned to us, and we will issue a refund within 3 business days from receiving your return package. Please keep in mind, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note, some items are not eligible for return, such as rings & 18k gold items. All rings, 18k gold items, and other items that are either customized or made to order at a specific size are considered final sale unless defected. Products on sale, as well as other items purchased with a discount, are also considered final sale.
Please check your size carefully before ordering. Each ring is made to order so we are able to offer a wide variety of sizes. Unfortunately, for this same reason, we can't accept exchanges/refunds for ordering the wrong size. Please, refer to our ring size chart. If you are unsure of your ring size, you can get your fingers sized at most local jewelry stores.
If you need your ring sized up or down there is a $50 fee (as well as any additional metal fees if your ring needs significant sizing up). Customer is kindly requested to pay shipping. Sizing may take 1-2 weeks.
